Is this the first autism proof ipad case!?

I do believe we may have discovered the almost perfect ipad case! As I have written before in my blog, I had almost given up imagining that this existed. I was trawling the internet looking for a new case for Zach’s tablet and all of a sudden came across this little beauty!

I ordered a couple for home and am very impressed. The size of the case means that Zach’s teeth can’t reach the glass, it fits firmly, has ports so no need to remove from case, it is lightweight but strong. The people who make the case sent me a discount code when I ordered a couple more for Zach’s collection of Apple tablets! They have told me that I can share the code so please if you order go ahead and use it.

Details of the case are as follows

iPad Mini 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 kids case, COOPER GRABSTER Heavy Duty Children’s Rugged Tough Bumper Hard Gaming Protective Case Cover with 4 Handles

which can be purchased at and the discount code is EMMASAYS which needs to be applied at checkout.

Mother and advocate to my son Zach. Zach has autism and complex needs. My blog is about the project we set up when there was no suitable further education setting for Zach when he left school in July 2016. I find that sharing our successes and struggles is cathartic for me and I hope insightful for the reader. My hope is that others who are struggling to find a place for their child or themselves may draw some inspiration from thezachproject. Thanks for reading my blog, please leave me comments.

  1. I’m so glad I’m not the only one with a collection of iPads. Two are always normally in for repair. I’ve now purchased this but I’m not sure how it’s going to bare up to having a head smashed of it but going through two iPads every month I’m desperate.
